Mid July Construction Update
We are pleased to present the latest construction updates for the M1 Business Park.
Roofing Completion The final roofing sheets are currently being installed on Warehouses WH02 and WH03. With the anticipated completion of this stage later this week, all warehouses will be effectively waterproofed, marking a significant milestone in the development.
Carpentry, Services, and Plaster Works The carpentry work for all bathrooms across the warehouses has been completed. The installation of services is finished for Stages 1 and 2, with Stages 3 and 4 progressing rapidly. Plaster work for Stage 1 is complete, and measuring work is underway for Stages 2 and 3. Additionally, painting of internal bathroom structures has commenced in the ready warehouses.
Cladding and Painting Front cladding works are ongoing for Warehouses 2 and 3, enhancing the external facades. The front cladding for Warehouse 1 is nearly 90% complete, with only painting remaining.
Roller Door Installation Final roller doors are being installed in the Stage 3 warehouses, ensuring secure access.
Window Glazing Window glazing work is now underway, contributing to the aesthetic appeal and natural lighting of the warehouses.
Concrete Works Concrete driveway work for Warehouses 22-33 is complete. Preparation for the western bank of the central driveway is in progress, with pouring expected to occur late this week and early next week.
Timber Batten Installation External facade timber battens are now being installed in Stage 1, adding a distinctive design element to the structures.
