Mid August Construction Update

We are pleased to present the latest construction updates for the M1 Business Park.

Advantageous winter weather conditions for several weeks have allowed strong construction progress onsite. We are now confident that the M1 Business Park will be delivered ahead of schedule, tentatively between the middle of October to the middle of November.

Roofing Completion - All warehouses have now been waterproofed, marking a significant milestone in the development.

Services - All services, including water, sewer, NBN and electricity have been successfully installed to every warehouse.

Carpentry, Services, and Plaster Works The carpentry work for all bathrooms across the warehouses has been completed. Installation of plaster work is now reaching completion in Stages 2 and 3. Painting works are anticipated to reach completion in approximately 2-3 weeks time.

Timber Battens, Cladding and Painting - External cladding and painting works are reach completion, with minor sections only now requiring their second coating. The external facade of the development looks fantastic with its modern sleek finish and contemporary design.

Roller Door Installation - All roller doors have now been installed throughout the development, marking a major milestone.

Window Glazing - All windows have been installed throughout the development.

Concrete Works - Recently the first concrete crossover was installed, now allowing smooth and clean access to the central corridor of the site for builders trades and finishing contractors. We have been advised that the concrete the the front of WH2 and WH3 will be poured this coming week, then concreting works to the eastern driveway corridor will occur.

External works - The builder has brought forward the commencement of installation of the front security fence, warehouse numbering, the main signage board and landscaping works. These works will shortly occur and are all scheduled for completion by the end of September.

We continue to monitor the builders' progress and are pleased with the advancements made to date. As indicated, we now believe that the builder’s schedule will result in a completion date between the middle of October to the middle of November. As such, all clients should ensure their settlement financing is arranged and in place by no later than 10th October 2024.
