LOCAL construction company KF Building, led by well known industry veteran Kevin Walsh, has been appointed head contractor for stage one of a new $55 million business park in Rohs Road, East Bendigo.

Stage one of the park will include 17 office spaces and 24 warehousing units with construction to be overseen by Melbourne developer Prime Urban Group.

The Group’s development director Nicholas Tissot recently visited Bendigo to help ceremonially turn the first sod, and said his company was delighted to have Walsh and his team on board as construction partner.

Land availability was a "missing piece" that Bendigo needed to attract more businesses, City of Greater Bendigo CEO Andrew Cooney said.

AUSTRALIA — Diversified Victorian developer Prime Urban Group has secured permit approval for a new masterplanned business park at its 5.51-acre site in East Bendigo.

The development, named “Prime Business Park Bendigo,” is set to introduce a mix of offices, warehousing spaces, and a central café to the market.

The developer acquired the property at 8-16 Rohs Road in mid-2023 and plans to deliver 17 modern offices, 57 customisable warehouses, and two 1,100 square metre factory units through the project.

Construction will start on a multi-use business park in East Bendigo after the multi-million-dollar project was given the green light by the City of Greater Bendigo.

Business park to ease industrial space shortage.

PLANS for a large industrial business park in East Bendigo have been approved by the City of Greater Bendigo councillors.

The 22,300 square-metre site at 8 to16 Rohs Road will include 17 offices, 57 warehouses, two large factories and an onsite cafe. Unit sizes range from 109 square metres to 2360 square metres.

It will be known as Prime Business Park.. Pre-sales are under way and the first stage of construction is planned to start in December or early next year.
