Early October Construction Update

We are pleased to present the latest construction updates for the M1 Business Park.

Construction works at the M1 Business Park are advancing rapidly, well ahead of the projected timeline. A recent site inspection by our team confirmed that the progress has been impressive, reflecting the team's hard work and dedication. In light of this progress, our contractor has revised the anticipated completion date, which is now expected to be between October 25th and November 5th.

Final finishing works - Our builder has now progressed to the final phase of construction, whereby they are completing final installation and fit-out works to select remaining warehouses. This stage involves particular attention to detail to ensure that all specifications are met and that the facilities are ready for operation. The focus is on achieving quality finishes and functionality in the spaces, preparing them for occupancy.

External works - We are pleased to see that the front security fence, warehouse numbering, the main signage board and landscaping works are all now close to completion.

All clients should ensure their settlement financing is arranged and in place by no later than 20th October 2024.
