Late October Construction Update

We are pleased to provide you with the latest update on the progress of the M1 Business Park. As we approach the final stages of construction, only a few remaining tasks are required to ensure full compliance and project completion.

The outstanding works are now limited to the commissioning of electrical meters and completion of roadway line marking. These activities represent the final steps needed to bring the site fully in line with regulatory requirements and prepare it for operational readiness.

With these milestones in sight, the project’s contractor has revised the estimated completion timeline. The anticipated handover date has now been adjusted to October 31, 2024.

Upon completion, our team will promptly coordinate the finalisation of all compliance documentation, including certificates from relevant authorities. This will allow us to proceed with the registration of the subdivision plans and the issuance of titles. As soon as the titles are available, we will initiate the settlement process.
