Connection of Services & Concrete Slab Pours

We are pleased to inform you that works onsite at the M1 Business Park have progressed well following a short break for the festive season.

The installation of underground services, encompassing electrical, sewer, and water, has been successfully completed for Warehouses 24, 25, and 26 to 33. Concurrently, installation works are currently in progress for Warehouses 10 to 14.

Key milestones, including mains water tapping, sewer tapping, and the completion of the Council's stormwater easement works, have also been achieved.

Concrete slab construction for Warehouses 26 to 33 is actively underway, with the inaugural pour taking place on-site on the 12th of February. Additional pours are scheduled in the upcoming days to advance the construction of rear warehouses, positioning them to receive the initial round of pre-cast panels by the end of February.

Overall, assessing the builder's progression, we are satisfied with the progress to date and will continue to monitor works to ensure we efficiently work towards completion in Q4 2024.
