Site Levelling Works Complete

We are pleased to inform you that the site cut and levelling works have successfully concluded onsite at the M1 Business Park.

Levelling works included rectification of a sizable depression area on the site, necessitating the installation of new compacted crushed rock to achieve the required sub-base height for the concrete slabs.

We are pleased with our builder’s progress onsite and look forward to the next phase of construction with service trenching commencing early in the new year.
