We are pleased to provide you with another comprehensive update on the progress of our construction project. As we continue to monitor developments on site, we are delighted to report that our construction progress is currently ahead of schedule. This accomplishment is largely attributed to favourable weather conditions and the efficient coordination of trades by our builder, ensuring optimal utilisation of resources and adherence to the construction program.

A significant milestone has been reached with the commencement of installation activities for roofing sheets and insulation, as well as the installation of roofing mesh netting, across warehouses 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32 and 33. This phase marks a critical step forward in the construction of stage 1 units, signifying the transition to the next phase of development. Once the roofing installation is finalised, these units will be shielded from adverse weather conditions, providing our builder with a conducive environment to initiate internal fit-out works in a clean, safe, and uninterrupted manner.

It is important to note that the installation of roofing works is a process that will require several days to complete, ensuring precision and adherence to quality standards. Throughout this period, we will continue to monitor progress closely, ensuring that every aspect of the construction process aligns with our project's overarching objectives.
