Stage 2 Slab Preparation

The momentum of our construction efforts remains robust as our builder forges ahead with various and numerous tasks onsite. Exciting developments include the assembly of precast panels for warehouse units 24 and 25, marking significant strides in our project's progression.

The completion of pouring concrete slabs for warehouses 22 and 23 signifies the next ‘group stage’ of construction. Included in this group are warehouses 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9.

Curing time is now underway for the slabs of warehouses 22 and 23 and must be completed before the delivery of further precast panels for propping and erection.

In tandem with these advancements, substantial headway has been achieved in laying the groundwork for warehouses 7, 8, and 9, with the completion of slab foundation works. Simultaneously, the commencement of slab setouts for warehouses 5 and 6 underscores our builder’s commitment to planning and execution. We eagerly anticipate the imminent pouring of concrete slabs for these warehouses, a milestone that will further solidify the project's trajectory.

As each phase unfolds, the sheer scale and complexity of the endeavour become increasingly apparent. It is with a sense of pride and satisfaction that we reflect on the progress thus far, knowing that each task completed brings us closer to our overarching goal of delivering these quality warehouses.
