We’re pleased to bring you our latest construction updates from the M1 Business Park.

As the installation works for stage 2 panels approach completion, we are excited to witness the substantial progress made in the construction of warehouses 01, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, and 09, with their structures now fully realized in size and height. Our construction team is diligently advancing with the fixing of panels, which includes tasks such as welding casting plates, grouting tubes, and installing steel rakers. Following this phase, we anticipate the commencement of roof bracing and positioning of roofing steel, scheduled to commence early next week.

Meanwhile, roofing activities for all stage 1 warehouse units are ongoing, with the majority of sheeting now in place. Remaining tasks include the installation of flashing and box gutters. Once these tasks are completed, the stage 1 units will achieve 'water-tight' status, enabling the initiation of internal carpentry works.

Lastly, the slab setup for warehouses 13, 14, 20, and 21 has been completed, and we are eagerly anticipating the pouring of these slabs early next week. Subsequent pours for units 18 and 19 are scheduled shortly thereafter.
